How much will my Executive Portrait cost me?
Your session fee and first image are 199.95.  Additional images can be purchased for 125 each.

How do I make a reservation?
Beth Kuzola is my Production Manager here at Solaris,  She’s very qualified, and I trust her with all of my scheduling.  We will ask you to pre-pay for your session by credit card over the phone.  This is required to reserve your time in the studio.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect.  If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your session, then your pre-payed session is converted into studio credit.  This credit may then be used to reschedule your session.  Studio credit expires two years after it was issued.If you cancel your session outside of the 24 hour window, then 100% of your money will be refunded, no questions asked.

What will I receive as a final product?
Your selected image will be color balanced, cropped, sized and digitally enhanced to perfection while you wait. Your retouched selection is saved to a cd in four different versions; both hi-res and low-res in both black & white and in color. Perfect for publication and web use.

How long will my session take?
Executive portrait sessions take roughly 30 -  45 minutes.

Will you come to our office to photograph our entire staff?
Absolutely!  If it would be easier for us to travel to your place of business as opposed to all of the members of your company struggling to reserve time in the studio, then we are more than happy to come to you.
