Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Account to revel a pulldown menu. There you will find a link called My Pictures. Or, if you have been given a gallery access code, you can click the Access Gallery link above. If the Access Gallery link is not visible you will need to log into the Solaris Online Store with your account information.

Why do I have to register to view or add images to my shopping cart?
We value the privacy of our clientele and their families. We do not wish to allow the general public into our client's online galleries.

By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time, and our system will be able to remember any images you marked as favorites. Additionally, you will be able to view your processed orders.

And finally, required customer registration makes us better equipped to answer any questions that may arise about your orders should you have trouble and need to contact us, which in turn translates into better customer service for you.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
You must first register an account on the Solaris Online Store. Once registered, click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
